Cancellations and Return Labels

  • Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped.
  • If a product is delivered damaged or defective due to an error on Wholende's part, the return costs are not the customer's responsibility.
  • Once a return request has been approved, we will provide a return label (generated by the carrier – the customer does not need to print anything themselves).

SECTION 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. This may be based on, among other things:

  • multiple orders from the same address
  • orders using the same payment method
  • suspected resale

SECTION 20 – TAXES

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or import costs incurred in connection with your purchase.

SECTION 21 – REWARDS PROGRAMME

Points from the Wholende Rewards Programme can only be redeemed in our online shop.
They have no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Wholende may change or end the programme without prior notice.

SECTION 22 – SMS/MMS MARKETING PROGRAMME

Programme Overview

Wholende offers a mobile messaging programme through which you can receive marketing messages via SMS/MMS. By participating, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Opt-in

By signing up, you give your consent to receive SMS/MMS messages at the number you provided.
Messages may include marketing promotions, updates or reminders.

Message charges may apply.

Opt-out

You may opt out by replying “STOP”, “AFMELDEN”, “END”, “CANCEL”, “UNSUBSCRIBE” or “QUIT” by SMS.
Other methods are not valid.

Message Content & Requirements

Participation requires a mobile device with SMS capability.
Not all carriers support this programme.

SECTION 23 – IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

The statements on this website have not been evaluated by health authorities.
Our products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results may vary.

SECTION 24 – FRAUD PREVENTION AND ADDRESS VERIFICATION

To prevent fraud and to ensure the security of payments, we reserve the right to review orders before they are processed or shipped.

We may cancel or suspend orders, or require additional verification, if there are indications of possible fraudulent activity. This may include, among other things:

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete billing and shipping information when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the resulting shipping, return and handling costs, or to deduct them from any refund due.

We further reserve the right to cancel orders where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that they were placed for fraudulent purposes or in breach of our Terms.
