SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?
When you make a purchase from our online shop, as part of the purchasing process we collect the personal data you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address.
When you visit our online shop, we also automatically receive your device's IP address. This helps us obtain information about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable):
With your consent, we may send you emails about our online shop, new products and other updates.
SMS marketing and notifications (if applicable):
By providing your phone number at checkout and making a purchase, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications (for example about the status of your order, including reminders about an abandoned cart) as well as SMS marketing offers.
You may unsubscribe from future SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP". Message and data charges may apply, depending on your provider.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do we obtain your consent?
When you provide us with personal data to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a product, we assume that you consent to us using that data solely for that purpose.
If we wish to use your personal data for another purpose (for example marketing), we will expressly ask for your consent or give you the opportunity to decline.
How can I withdraw my consent?
If, after giving your consent, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at:

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We may disclose your personal data if we are legally required to do so, or if you breach our Terms and Conditions.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our online shop is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payments:
We do not store customers' full credit card details ourselves, and we do not pass payment data on to third parties except to process transactions.
If you choose a direct payment method, your credit card information is stored by Shopify. It is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Your transaction data is retained only for as long as necessary to complete the transaction. It is then deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
For further information, you can review Shopify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on their website.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
In general, the third-party service providers we engage collect, use and disclose your data only to the extent necessary to provide the services rendered on our behalf.
However, certain service providers, such as payment providers, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase. We recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you understand how they handle your data.
Please note that some of these service providers may be based in a different jurisdiction than you or us. If you choose to carry out a transaction involving a third-party service provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the country/region in which that provider or its facilities are located.

To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow generally accepted industry standards to ensure your data is not unlawfully lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with credit card information, it is encrypted using SSL technology and stored using AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and apply industry-standard security measures.
SECTION 7 - COOKIES
An overview of the cookies we use can be found in our Cookie Settings on the website. There you can adjust your preferences (for example necessary, analytical or marketing cookies).
